Payment Options
Payment is accepted via Paypal. If you pay with an eCheck via Paypal, please note that it will delay your order an extra 3-5 days due to the time taken to clear the check. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct on your Paypal invoice. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect shipping addresses.
If you do not have a PayPal account you will need to set one up and will have the opportunity to do so at the time of checkout.
SALES TAX: Orders placed from within the state of Texas will have 8.25% sales tax added. International orders (outside the US) may be subject to customs duties and taxes.
Shipping
Unless requested by the customer to do otherwise, we will ship your items to you via the US Postal Service. When possible, we'll use Priority Flat Rate boxes for shipping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International Shipping may be higher than estimated. It is best to contact me via email for an accurate shipping cost prior to ordering. If you do go ahead and place your order, I will email you afterwards to let you know if the shipping is higher or lower than the estimate. Email your shipping address to me at qbtb@earthlink.net for estimates.
Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations
We do not offer refunds on any patterns, books, cut fabric, opened fabric kits or custom cut fabric kits.
All other purchases must be returned within 30 days of purchase for refund or exchange and must be in their original packaging.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations can only be made if the item has not been shipped. Otherwise you may return the item for the value of the item excluding any S&H charges.
